Direct Marketing Letter

Can anyone help with a letter of marketing?
I'm trying to write a letter direct marketing to promote my business transcription medical, but I have no idea how to start a letter, or even what to say.
First you must define your target audience. I do not know if the Direct marketing means that all, or someone in your circle of influence, hot or cold market. You will find the 12-step template here: http://www.powerhomebiz.com/vol83/template.htm
Business is regarding sales and anyone who tells you differently is simply lying. The climate is marketing online or offline will probability of success if you know how to build a sales letter properly. A well-constructed sales letter contains an essay that exploit certain psychological triggers in their particular target audience who want to buy the product you are selling theirs. The following are three components needed to build an effective sales letter for your company.
1) The first component in building an effective sales letter is one of the most vital and, as it requires adaptation given a history of thought. The ability to teleport if it was able to leave their egos and become their target particular market. You must be able to see his client and I do not mean to think like them I mean they become, so the word teleport. You must use your shoes, step inside their skin, what are your wishes? What are your dreams? What are your short comings? How your company can enrich their lives, if they have with an understanding of who they are and what they want in life. His particular target market, should be as specific as razor
2) second component to write a successful sales letter is to direct features of your product and how to better their circumstances. The main objective here is to create the scene of the hamster wheel. You now want to take psychology to know about your target market and begin to explain how your product make them feel better and change their circumstances. Firstly remember what life without your product, then started to give them tempting Product details and let your target market and make it run with it. Want to imagine what their lives might be, allow them to fantasize. Remember that you does not explain all the details of your product in your sales letter you connect them and reel them in.
3) The third and final component in building a successful sales letter is the presentation of a call to action. It was very specific and let your clients know exactly what you want they do. The last thing I want to do is drop the ball here. You want your customer to buy immediately, not because it wants to go they were not likely to return. You have several options in this case, you can build a sense of urgency with your customers, telling them they should buy now because time is running out. You could let them know that you will receive a bonus gift offers, if you buy now. It can illustrate a certain feeling of exclusivity through the harmonization of their product with the upper crust of society. The Most important is to buy, if you launch your rod and hook, but they can reel them in then it was all for nothing and they waste time and money.
