Starting a new division of payments that should be?
I was asked to start a new divinsion a marketing company direct line. Although this is a high-profile positions of base salary under way someone would normaly in a company EXISTING. In essence the construction of the database and return to the commercialization of such data. I was offered a 10 percent net income of this division, but I cover all the expenses by 10 percent. . If this division is 5 million in revenue, the division receives $ 500K to cover salaries and Commissions, Technology, Misc. I feel that this is not much? I am wrong here?
